Michael A. Cohan Esq.
Michael A. Cohan, Esq. is a court-approved mediator by the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been a trial lawyer for 45 years. In 1981, Michael became a member of an exclusive group that consisted of eight trial attorneys in the United States. The National Board of Trial Advocacy certified him as both a civil and criminal specialist. The following year, he became the first, and for many years, the only, attorney in the state of New Jersey to be board certified as a civil and criminal trial attorney by both the State of New Jersey and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
He has been appointed to several Supreme Court committees and has been a court-approved mediator since 1999.
