Our law firm is dedicated to alternative dispute resolution and related services. We no longer litigate but act as strict third-party neutrals in mediation, arbitration and litigation management in complex class action and mass tort cases.

We are a second-generation law firm that serves clients nationwide as a service to state and federal courts and consenting counsel. Our lawyers and retired judiciary are true neutrals with ADR expertise in environmental law, pharmaceuticals, insurance, consumer fraud and other practice areas.
