Michael A Cohan, Esq. is a court-approved mediator by the New Jersey Supreme Court and has been a trial lawyer for 40 years. In 1981, Michael became a member of an exclusive group that consisted of eight trial attorneys in the United States. The National Board of Trial Advocacy certified him as both a civil and criminal specialist. The following year, he became the one of the first attorneys in the State of New Jersey to earn the designation of a certified civil and criminal trial attorney on both the state and national levels.

He has been appointed to several Supreme Court committees and has been a court-approved mediator since 1999. Since 1971, Mr. Cohan defended persons insured by several insurance companies, including Motor Club of America and Preserver Insurance Group. He had been a guest lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education for over thirty years and has taught their Civil Trial Clinic as well.

Renee Henderson is an attorney with ten years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters. She was an associate in the Philadelphia office of a large defense firm where she worked on a number of single-plaintiff, class action and coordinated cases for a variety of clients, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, manufacturers of industrial products, insurance companies and financial institutions. Ms. Henderson also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs, having worked for a New York based plaintiffs firm where her practice focused on drug and medical device litigation. As a plaintiff's attorney, Ms. Henderson also worked with the non-profit corporation, Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. She secured a million dollar settlement from the Victim Compensation Funds for a New York City Fire Department officer injured in the 911 tragedy. Additionally, Ms Henderson clerked for the Honorable Marina Corodemus during the Judge's tenure as the sole mass tort Judge in the State of New Jersey. Ms. Henderson is currently working with Judge Corodemus as Special Master on the Passaic River Natural Resource Damage case.
